    Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) On August 10, 2026, I ordered several items (Order Number: 4161_3) using the KOKO Payment method. However, I did not receive the items until August 24, 2026. Despite contacting customer service multiple times regarding this issue, I initially did not receive a proper response. When I followed up again on August 25, 2026, I was informed that the ordered items were out of stock. Consequently, I requested to cancel my order and issue an immediate refund to my KOKO account. On August 28, 2026, the amount was successfully refunded to my KOKO account. Thank you for processing the refund! However, notifying customers about out-of-stock items in advance and improving customer service response times would help enhance your overall service quality.

    It's the best option for Sri Lankans, but it's very urgent to pay attention to maintaining stock quantities. When I made a purchase, they mentioned there was no stock, yet the website indicated some quantity was available.
